FAQ

WHEN DOES THIS START?

This 6-week group coaching will run once per quarter. We will meet weekly via Zoom for approximately 60-minutes. All sessions will be recorded in case you're not available during a live session.

 

CAN I PAY IN INSTALLMENTS?

Unfortunately, not for this program. I offer one-on-one services that allow for partial payments, but for this to run smoothly and efficiently, all payments will be due at booking. Also, no refunds or exchanges. 

 

WHAT IS ALL INCLUDED IN THE $749?

You receive one 30-minute one-on-one session with me, six weekly group coaching sessions, optional access to my private Facebook group and some other freebies that I'll tell you about later. 

 

WILL THIS COACHING PROGRAM RUN AGAIN?

Yes, but if you're considering it, it might be best to begin right away. I want to spare you the agony of another seasonal diet plan  without feeling guilty for having dessert or skipping a workout. 

 

WHAT DAY WILL THE WEEKLY CALLS BE HELD?

Tentatively, I am planning to hold the calls on Mondays at 7:30 PM EST, but this will change based on the availability of all participants and remember, all calls will be recorded. 

 

WILL THERE BE HOMEWORK?

Of course! Practice makes better (not perfect). Simple activities for practical application and individual reflection is all. Nothing too time consuming or difficult.
